At CaseSays, we stand by our product quality. If there’s an issue, we’ll offer a refund, partial refund, or replacement — no returns needed.
You keep the item to help us reduce waste and avoid unnecessary shipping.

🛠 ISSUE-BASED COMPENSATION POLICY

🟡 20% Refund – Minor Issue (Still Usable)

Applicable when the product has a minor flaw but is still fully usable. Examples include:

  • Slight misalignment of the printed design
  • Small blemishes or faded spots not on key visible areas
  • Slight discoloration from print variation

➡️ We offer a 20% refund for these minor imperfections.

🟠 50% Refund – Moderate Issue (Usable With Noticeable Defect)

Applicable when there is a more visible issue that affects the aesthetics, but not functionality. Examples include:

  • Significant off-centering of the design
  • Noticeable color errors
  • Scratches or marks on key visible areas
  • Slight cracking of the case material

➡️ We offer a 50% refund if the item is still usable but below expected quality.

🔴 100% Refund or Free Replacement – Major Issue (Cannot Be Used)

Applies when the item is damaged or defective to the point of being unusable. Examples include:

  • Cracks, breaks, or structural damage during transit
  • Misprinted or incorrect model received
  • Incompatible size or unusable item due to production error

➡️ You can choose between a 100% refund or a free replacement.


📝 HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

  1. Email us at returns@casesays.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Attach:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • If multiple items are affected, include a group photo

Once we review and confirm your claim, we will issue the applicable refund or replacement.


⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Wrong size/model/design ordered
  • Change of mind
  • If your shipping address was incorrect at checkout and the package is returned, you may request:
    A reshipment (additional shipping fee applies), or
    A partial refund (excluding shipping)
