If you experience an issue with your order, we’ll make it right through a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Please note that returns are not required — this helps us reduce waste and simplify the process for you.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We will gladly assist if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To qualify, the issue must meet one of the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- The wrong model or design was sent
*Claims based on minor variations in color, texture, or placement are not eligible, as these may occur naturally during production or display differences.
How to Submit a Claim
To request assistance, please email returns@casesays.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include the following details:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Important Notes
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Wrong model, color, or size ordered
- Change of mind after delivery
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage after use - If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may:
- Request reshipment (shipping fee applies), or
- Request a partial refund (excluding shipping costs)
