How long does shipping take?

We use express delivery via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & EU: 1–3 business days
  • United States: 2–3 business days
  • Oceania: 3–4 business days
  • Other Regions: 2–5 business days

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat €9 express shipping fee.

Orders to the UK, EU, and US qualify for free express shipping if:
– Your order total is over €79
– You order 2 or more items
– You purchase a bundle set

What materials are your phone cases made of?

Our cases are made of 100% polycarbonate (shell), 100% TPU (lining).

Is the case compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?

All our cases support standard wireless charging. However, MagSafe compatibility depends on the specific model.

If you need a MagSafe-compatible case, please check the product options on the product page and select the MagSafe variant before purchasing.

How do I clean my phone case?

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
